This year bike week took place from 6-12 June 2022 and IMV were keen to get involved! With a number of keen cyclists in the company, we organised our own 'bike day'
To coincide with bike week and for a bit of fun, IMV organised a bike day where members of staff went for a lovely cycle round a preselected route near to head office. The route we chose is highlighted below and along the way we were met with a few challenges!
Before the team set off, everyone tucked into a delicious spread of healthy food and drinks.
The dream team set off in good spirits and didn't let the oncoming rain or break down along the way, spoil the fun!
We have a number of staff who work remotely and weren't able to join in on the fun run itself, but we didn't let this prevent them from joining in. To keep our full team included we invited our other team members to send us in pictures of their cycling exploits and share the scenic (or not so scenic) routes they took.
Our very own Alan Picken (Directoire Imaging IMV Technologies Group) managed to clock up an amazing 400km over the weekend! Check out a few of his highlights below:
