The sheep scanning season is fast approaching and over the past couple of weeks, we at BCF have been delighted to welcome many of our loyal customers to our head office in Bellshill as they dropped off their equipment for an annual service.
One of these customers, was Mr David Eames, who made the 175-mile trip from Lancashire over the border to the BCF head office to drop off his Oviscan 6 and sector probe last week.
Having been a loyal customer himself for over 30 years, Mr Eames has built a fantastic relationship with BCF and relies on our products year on year to carry out his work. He understands the benefits of having his equipment serviced annually and trusts our service team to get his equipment ready for the season.
During the service, the team check the condition of the equipment for any wear and tear, upgrade the software, carry out functionality tests on the scanner and check the signals on the probe. They will then advise Mr Eames of any repairs needing carried out on the equipment with the aim of fixing any minor issues before they cause any problems.
Our services ensure that our customers are kept up and running when it matters and allow them to carry out their work quickly and efficiently.
Mr Eames bought his first product from BCF in 1998 and has stayed with us ever since.
Commenting on his 30 year association with BCF, Mr Eames commented:
“BCF to me are peace of mind knowing that in a short very intensive scanning season they will be there to provide support and help should I need them.”
Having incorporated their visit with a trip to Loch Lomond, Mr Eames and his wife will collect their equipment on their way home.
